Who we are

mimetre ("we") is a tool for digitising restaurant menus. You can reach us at hola@mimetre.com.

What data we collect and why

If you sign up for the alpha waitlist, we collect your email address for a single purpose: letting you know about your access to mimetre and communications directly related to the alpha. We don't use it for anything else, we don't sell it and we don't share it with third parties.

Legal basis

Your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us, and we will stop contacting you.

How long we keep it

Until the waitlist no longer serves a purpose (once the alpha opens fully) or until you ask to be removed from it — whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability by writing to hola@mimetre.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
